I'm reminded of the joke where the husband, when asked by his wife if he would remarry if she died realizes the no-win of the question: If he says "Of course, Dear," it's leftovers and cold shoulder for the rest of the week. If he answers, "Oh, no. Never again!" it's leftovers and cold shoulder for the rest of the week.
